16-Days Solo Camping in the Northwest Territories Wilderness - E.1 - The Natla In the film, I charter a float plane from the remote community of Norman Wells, Northwest Territories and am deposited deep in the wilderness all alone. I have 575 kilometres to travel on three different remote, wilderness rivers to complete the loop, bringing me back to Norman Wells. This film covers the first of these wild rivers - the Natla. Along the way, I face challanges that include endless, boulder-strewn whitewater rapids, I catch huge Bull Trout and Arctic Grayling which I fry up over the fire. I also find remains of old Mountain Dene campsites and harvesting activities.
