He is the Founder of RWANDAN CULTURAL PSYCHOTHERAPY (RCP), a Clinical Psychologist, Rwandan Cultural Psy and Ethno-Psychiatrist by profession. Muganga Rutangarwamaboko is a Traditional Healer by both Talent and Inheritance from his early childhood, since he grew up into blessed and blessing hands of his late Grand-Grand Father Rutangarwamaboko too, who is well known in Rwandan Heritage History as a great spiritual rituals’ chief in Nduga ngari. Rutangarwamaboko is the first one in History of Rwanda, who combined in both research and daily clinical practice, traditional and conventional medicine in what he called: ‘Ubuvuzi Bushingiye Ku Muco’ where they heal and treat human being wholly as a triune being made by Spirit, Soul and Body and Undividably from his or her culture. Rutangarwamaboko is the initiator and Director hence Provider of UBUZIMA BUSHINGIYE KU MUCO,a Public Cultural-Philo-Psychoeducative Media Program, which is channelled on Radio and TV even on his different social media as a public figure. Muganga Rutangarwamaboko is a Professional Researcher in Cultural Health based Issues via RCHC Action_Research Program. He is an expert in Psychology, Philosophy, History, Culture, Cultural Therapies and Tourism with a speciality of Cultural Tourism.
