Is this the Porsche we all want to have? Probably yes. In this video, you can see two units of the 90s Porsche 911 (964) DLS Reimagined by Singer Vehicles Design in collaboration with Williams Advanced Engineering, the research and development division of the English F1 team. What makes them magical? Well, everything. Starting from the classic and timeless design of a 964 model, the construction and performance make both unique in the world car scene. Revisited in every component, the DLS (Dynamics and Lightweighting Study) project is made in only 75 units and sold for an astronomical amount of 1.8 million dollars. The 4.0-litre displacement engine reworked in collaboration with Williams uses injectors that wink at F1, twin camshaft, titanium valves, magnesium cooling fan and an ingenious intake manifold system that start from the rear side windows. The result, 500hp at 9000rpm moved by a 6-speed Hewland manual transmission. Lightened and enlarged car with 18" single-nut Magnesium wheels, Brembo carbon-ceramic brake system, leather and carbon seats made by Recaro and much more. Cosa li rende magici? Beh, tutto. Partendo dal design classico e senza tempo di una 964, la costruzione e le prestazioni le rendono uniche nel panorama mondiale delle auto. Costruite artigianalmente, rivisitate in ogni componente, il progetto DLS (Dynamics and Lightweighting Study) è realizzato in soli 75 esemplari e venduto all'astronomica cifra di 1.8 milioni di dollari. Il motore da 4.0-litri di cilindrata rimaneggiato in collaborazione con Williams, utilizza iniettori che strizzano l'occhio alla F1, testata con doppio albero a camme, valvole in titanio, ventola di raffreddamento in magnesio ed un'ingegnoso sistema di collettori di aspirazione che partono dai finestrini laterali posteriori. Risultato, 500cv a 9000 giri/min. mosso da un cambio manuale Hewland a 6 marce. Vettura alleggerita ed allargata monta cerchi da 18" in Magnesio monodado, impianto frenante carboceramico Brembo, sedili in pelle e carbonio realizzati da Recaro e tanto altro.
