Typically found on the 4.8is models only, and rarely found on the 4.4i sport models. It allows ride height to be raised or lowered with the touch of a button for access height or off road driving. The car automatically goes back to normal mode (medium height) once the vehicle speed reaches about 25 miles per hour. Effectively the off road and lowered modes can be driven only in scenarios under 25 MPH.
