Where is the world’s largest cashew tree? There are two contenders, both in Brazil — and I decided to get up close and personal with the official winner, located in Pirangi do Norte, in northeastern Brazil, near the state capital of Natal. These humongous tree covers an area of over 9,000 square meters, and produces over 60,000 cashews every year! And you can actually taste it’s fruit if you come during harvest.
