His vision was to make CBT an easily accessible form of therapy for anyone seeking help to improve their mental health. And so, he built a platform that’s not only easily accessible, but also highly affordable and convenient to use. Now, Online-Therapy.com offers therapy for individuals aged 18 and above, as well as couples, across over 30 states. Their therapy programs are all about CBT, and focus on improving one’s thoughts and inner self. Now, in my opinion, getting double the benefits of live-therapy sessions at an additional charge of just $24 a week is worth it. So, I’d suggest you go with their highest-tier plan that’ll really give you the bang for your buck. Their holistic approach really does set them apart from many other providers. But if insurance coverage is a priority for you or you require medication management and psychiatric services, Online-Therapy.com may not be the best fit for you.
