In this video Coach Icy Mike from ‪@hard2hurt‬ Coach Shane Fazen from ‪@fighttips‬ and Sensei Seth from ‪@SenseiSeth‬ share with me their thoughts and ideas on the one thing for anyone that wants to do some Self-Defense Training. Self-Defense is something I take quite seriously and over the years I have had to alter my own perceptions as to what different things are. This video brings up some important points, even though there is some joking around, I do feel the key points that are being made are in fact quite accurate.
