How To Make Micarta / Homemade Micarta - Knifemaking

I wanted to try and make my own micarta. And a fellow french maker, Olivier Chambon, inspired me to do so in one of his video (the video is in french :    • fabrication / recyclage de tissu en matéri...  ). I used leftover materials from my Native American Headdress build and cheap "crystal clear" two part epoxy resin I found at my local craft store. This video is a test, a proof of concept. As you will see in the video I used only few layers of cloth and around 90ml of epoxy. It was enough to make what will become knife scales in a future build.
