At the spot, a male dead body of a persons who was later identified as Deen Dayal @ Pawan S/o Gokul Yadav R/o Khoda Colony, UP aged 26yrs was found with some injuries on his body. On spot enquiry, the eye witness Ankit stated that deceased “Pawan”was killed by Rahul Thakur, Irfan, Sandeep @ Khokha, Nikhil @ Nikki and 2 absconders by using Bricks and stones. It has also revealed that deceased and the other party were having differences. A quarrel was occurred between the parties some days ago in Khoda, UP in which Khoda Police took action. Upon receiving a PCR call, the police arrived at the scene, the place of incidence was inspected by Crime team. The Dead body of the deceased was preserved at mortuary for Post- Mortem. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 33/25Date 14.01.25 Sections: 103(1)/61(2)/3(5) BNS,PS Ghazipur, Delhi was registered and investigation was initiated. TASKING & TEAM: - Keeping in view of the gravity of the incident, led to the formation of three teams. The teams consisted of: Team A: Staff of Police Station Ghazipur, led by Insp.Nirmal Kumar Jha, SHO/Ghazipur. Team B: Staff of Anti-Narcotics Squad, led by Insp. Arun Kumar. Team C: Staff of Special Staff, led by Insp. Jitendra Malik. These teams had worked under the supervision of Sh. Vinit Kumar, Addl DCP-I/East and under overall supervision of mine. They were tasked with reviewing CCTV footage, both forward and backward, to identify the assailants. Through relentless efforts and meticulous analysis of technical and manual information, the teams successfully apprehended the 4 (Four) assailants and recovered the weapon used in the crime. ARREST: - Acting promptly on the information, the various teams of East Districts i.e. PS Ghazipur, Anti Narcotics Squad, Special Staff were directed to work on this, the assailants were identified on the basis of CCTV footages, eye witness and were apprehended from Delhi-NCR while they were trying to flee.
