Isolde is still the Queen of Gear Raid 2! I don't have many of the meta heroes that are currently being used to defeat Gear Raid 2 stage 24 in Watcher of Realms, but I do have a decent team of Northerners: Isolde, Sadie, Ardea, Olague. With some additional healing (Elowyn, Diaochan, Midan) and some attack boosting (Ymiret) and damage mitigation (Ferssi), this stage is possible with a BP of 770k or so, but only because of Isolde's specific skill set. Here I give a complete guide of my strategy, as well as a breakdown of the mechanics. This stage is really hard because of all the damage put out by the mobs and boss, and there are specific mechanics (the Golem's Shriek) that require shields. Gear requirements are pretty high, but it is doable without a legendary lord for the north throne. Start farming for those legendary keystones! Keep in mind that the timing of Isolde's initial placement can be a bit tricky, and there seems to be some variation in exactly when she does her shield, so it may require some restarts for your particular client - the key is to figure out the sweet spot in her initial placement that allows her to deploy the shield long enough for the second shriek and soon enough for the third shriek.
