What is psychological safety and how does it relate to equity and inclusion? In this workshop, we'll explore the complexities and nuances of psychological safety in workplace conflict and challenging conversations. We'll discuss power, privilege, and influence and how these factors relate to atmospheres of psychological safety, especially in the current political climate. We'll provide actionable tips for inclusive leadership and explore how you can drive meaningful change within your organization, navigate difficult conversation and respond to resistance within your workplace.
