In this second Berlin vlog with Shubham’s parents, we take you along for three very different days as they continue to explore everyday life in Germany. Day 1 starts with plans to visit the German Historical Museum – but surprise! Most of it is closed due to renovations. The only exhibit left is a very niche one about the history of Nazi remembrance culture. Not quite what we expected. Luckily, the day is saved with Käsekuchen, a sunny walk along Unter den Linden, and a well-earned break in the Lustgarten. Day 2 brings Berlin's hottest day of the year – 38°C! We set out in search of a public pool, only to find that everything is full. After two failed attempts, we finally land at Tegeler Strandbad. Shubham's parents reflect on their impressions of German bathing culture. Day 3 is all about comfort and culture. We go out for Indian food and Maa shares her honest thoughts about desi cuisine in Germany – what tastes like home, and what doesn’t. Then it's off for a bit of shopping, as she looks for a few western-style outfits she can wear while staying here. Throughout the vlog, you’ll get a glimpse into how it feels to blend cultures, routines, and family life across continents. Chapters :- 00:30 - Berlin Museum and Sightseeing 03:10 - Berlin Summer Lake and Indian Parent's reaction 09:34 - Indian Food in Germany and Indian Parent's reaction 13:30 - Shopping Experience in Germany of Indian Parents And of course: there's always room for food, laughter, and a little chaos.
