How Clean Machine Using Cafetto EVO | Breville Barista Express | Breville PH

Learn how to perform a cleaning cycle on your Breville Barista Express using Cafetto EVO. Step-by-step instructions: First, empty the drip tray and fill in the water tank. Insert the one cup filter basket into the portafilter, followed by cleaning disc or blind filter. Add one sachet of the Cafetto EVO into the portafilter. Lock the portafilter into the grouphead as if you were brewing. Don’t forget to place a cup for the drippings. Simultaneously press and hold the 1 CUP, 2 CUP and POWER button for 10 seconds. The cleaning cycle will approximately last for 5 minutes. Remove the portafilter and ensure the solution has completely dissolved. If not, run another cycle again until no residue. Brew a single shot and discard. You can also use Cafetto EVO® to clean filters and group handles. Just dissolve two sachets of Cafetto EVO® in 500ml hot water.
