SUMMER SKIING on a GLACIER!? (SAINT MARY'S 2022 Still Has Snow!)

It was a such a fun day on the mountain in Mid August 2022 for some good old fashioned hiking and backpacking skis up to the lake and the glacier at Saint Mary's in Colorado. Skiing in this area has been going on for over a century, so I do my part to keep the tradition alive along with the other die hard skiers and snowboarders of the Rocky Mountains. Battling through the elements, I was victorious in gaining the snowfield summit (a few times) and was fortunate enough to ski some tasty lines. Of course no trip to saint mary's glacier is complete without a swim in the lake to cool off. Thanks to Nick (other Nick) and Don for filming, and to everyone who cheered us on!
