For those of you who don’t know, appendix carry is where you position your carry gun in the region of your appendix; essentially down the front of your pants. There are advantages to this carry position, but there are some disadvantages. It is a faster draw compared to traditional IWB carry. Especially when drawing with a T-shirt/closed concealment garment, AIWB is consistently faster to the first shot than regular IWB.
