Healthy Fusion⭕ / @healthyfoodfusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ / @foodfusionkids 0:00 Long John Donuts Recipe Intro 0:13 Prepare Donuts Dough 1:58 Prepare Chocolate Ganache 2:20 Chocolate Toppings Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Donuts: -Warm water ¼ Cup -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs -Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tbs -Olper’s Milk warm ¾ Cup -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 3 tbs or to taste -Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch -Anda (Egg) 1 -Vanilla essence 1 tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 500g -Olper’s Milk Powder ½ Cup -Makhan (Butter) soft 40g -Cooking oil 1 tsp -Cooking oil for frying Prepare Chocolate Ganache: -Chocolate chopped 100g -Olper’s Cream 100ml (room temperature) -Olper’s Milk 2 tbs -White melted chocolate Directions: Prepare Donuts: -In a kneading machine,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast,mix well & let it proof for 5 minutes. -Add milk,caster sugar,pink salt,egg,vanilla essence & whisk well. -Add all-purpose flour,milk powder than fix the dough hook attachment & start kneading at slow speed for 3-4 minutes,gradually increase speed to medium until dough is formed (8-10 minutes) & scrape the sides in between. -Add butter & knead on medium speed until smooth dough is formed (3-4 minutes). -Grease the dough with cooking oil,cover with cling film & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place. -Knead dough again until smooth,divide the dough in half,take one portion,sprinkle dry flour & roll out in rectangular shape (6mm thickness). -Cut out 2x4 inch rectangular shape from dough,cover with kitchen towel & let them proof for 30 minutes or until double in size. -In a wok,heat cooking oil (150C) & fry on very low flame until golden. -Let them cool (makes 20-22). Prepare Chocolate Ganache: -In a bowl,add chocolate,cream,milk & microwave for a minute than mix well until smooth. -Dip one side of donut in melted chocolate,garnish with white chocolate & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: Prepare Donuts: -Warm water ¼ Cup -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs -Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tbs -Olper’s Milk warm ¾ Cup -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 3 tbs or to taste -Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch -Anda (Egg) 1 -Vanilla essence 1 tsp -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 500g -Olper’s Milk Powder ½ Cup -Makhan (Butter) soft 40g -Cooking oil 1 tsp -Cooking oil for frying Prepare Chocolate Ganache: -Chocolate chopped 100g -Olper’s Cream 100ml (room temperature) -Olper’s Milk 2 tbs -White melted chocolate Directions: Prepare Donuts: -Kneading machine mein warm water,cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 5 minute proof hunay kliya chor dein. -Doodh,bareek cheeni,pink salt,anday aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Maida aur milk powder dal ker dough hook attachment laga lein aur slow speed per 3-4 minutes kliya ghond lein phir medium speed per dough form ho janay tak ghond lein (8-10 minutes) & sides ko scrape ker lein. -Makhan dal ker medium speed per smooth dough form ho janay tak ghond lein (3-4 minutes). -Dough ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 1 hour garam jagha per proof hunay kliya rakh dein. -Dough ko smooth ho janay tak dubara ghond lein aur do hisson mein divide ker lein,ek portion lein aur maida chirak ker rectangular shape (6mm thickness) mein bail lein. -Dough ko 2x4 inch rectangular shape mein cut ker lein,kitchen towel sa cover ker ka 30 minutes ya size double hi janay tak proof ker lein. -Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein (150C) & bohat halki ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein. -Thanda ker lein (makes 20-22). Prepare Chocolate Ganache: -Bowl mein chcoclate,cream aur doodh dal ker ek minute kliya microwave ker lein phir smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Donut ki ek side ko tayyar chocolate ganache mein dip ker lein & white chocolate sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
