Did the new food live up to the hype? Find out! In this video I reviewed El Cono Loco and Cookie Chaos Milkshake from the Cone'd stand. The El Cono Loco has a creamy Tex-Mex chicken spaghetti packed with Hatch green chiles, queso, and shredded Monterey Jack, all tucked inside a fresh-baked garlic parmesan bread cone.
