It is also the most populous city in the UAE. Dubai has always been on our bucket list, so we were excited to go and even more excited to share it with you. Established in the 18th Century as a small fishing village, the city grew rapidly in the early 21st Century with a focus on tourism and luxury, having the 2nd most 5-Star hotels in the world! The city's population is well over 3 million. -I have to say it is indeed one of the most beautiful cities I have ever laid eyes on.
