The picking store is divided into 2 levels. SOCO SYSTEM’s computer controlled carton conveyor system runs through the entire pick store. This is the connecting link in the ultramodern logistics centre. Here, the operators can empty picking trolleys at any time a few metres from the last picking process. The conveyor system in 2 levels is connected by the special “CON-Verti”. On the ground floor, the CON-Verti’s cartons from the first floor are joined with pickings from the ground floor and then order cartons with different brands to the same customers are joined. At the same time, the long conveyors function as buffer for the packing area.
