Here’s a brand-new Jazzy Remix to celebrate the release of the Pokémon Legends Z-A DLC! I’ve finally picked up my copy of the game, and I’m just waiting to grab a Switch 2 in the new year so I can experience the full new era of Pokémon the way it’s meant to be played. This remix is a genuinely special one for me. I’ve always loved jazz not just the sound of it, but the soul of the genre, the improvisational feel, the way melodies breathe and bend. The original theme already has jazz elements woven into it, but this time I wanted to fully commit and create something that feels authentically jazz rather than just inspired by it. From the chord voicings to the phrasing to the instrumentation, I tried to honour that warm, expressive, late-night energy the genre carries so naturally. It was a challenge, but one I’ve wanted to attempt properly for a long time, and I’m proud of how it turned out. Next on the schedule is my Frost Cavern remix from Pokémon X/Y a project I’m seriously excited about. If you enjoyed my Hau’oli City (Night) remix, this one will land right in that same emotional lane. It has that calm, drifting atmosphere but colder, more reflective, almost like walking through a quiet frozen chamber where every breath echoes. It blends ambience, gentle rhythm, and a lot of emotional texture to capture the serenity and isolation of one of Kalos’s most beautiful locations. It’s one of those tracks you feel as much as you hear. I also want to take a moment to speak from the heart. Thank you to everyone who’s supported the channel throughout the relaunch whether you’ve been leaving comments, sharing the music, or quietly listening in the background. Every bit of engagement has meant more than you probably realise. Relaunching wasn’t just about uploading again. It was about finding my creative identity again, building new habits, rediscovering inspiration, and reconnecting with the joy of producing music. I want to explore more genres I’ve never touched before, bring new textures to familiar themes, and lean deeper into storytelling through music. The Pokémon OST will always be at the core, but I’m excited to experiment with new moods, new techniques, and new interpretations. Lusamine’s theme is shaping up to be the perfect closing chapter for this current phase dark, emotional, atmospheric a farewell to everything I’ve built back up and a doorway into something brighter, bigger, and more ambitious.
