Metal drums for all kinds of oil products where wide spread in Denmark in the 1950s so an open wagon with a full load of drums would not at all be unlikely for the era I am modelling. Luckily, Dutch manufacturer Artitec offers exactly that (ARTITEC 487.801.51). The load is made of resin and fit a European standard wagon. Please visit my blog www.sundborg.wordpress.com (mostly in Danish) for more my plans for a mid-1950s themed Danish model railroad layout.
