Amidst the sounds of war, Ahmad is more concerned about the operator's life than the radio.

This story is the continuation of the life of Ahmad and Farida; a couple who have been married for sixteen years, but life has not yet shown them its easy side. They have neither a safe home nor a child to warm their hearts, but despite all the hardships, they have not lost hope and companionship. For years, they paid the rent with great difficulty until the landlord’s son ruthlessly kicked them out of the house and their life entered a more difficult phase. In those difficult days, Mr. Operator extended a helping hand to them and introduced them to a place to continue living. With his help, Ahmad and Farida built a small shelter from wood and sacks and have been living in the same simple place for a few days. After a while, Mr. Operator found them a better place near the village and they built a platform to pitch their tent on. When they got the tent, they set it up with great effort and difficulty, turning it into a small shelter for themselves. Today, the operator came to visit them again and brought chicken and other supplies for Ahmad and Farida so that they would not lack anything during these difficult days. He said sadly that due to the war conditions, he had not yet been able to take them to the city to get a radio for them. Ahmad thanked him and told him not to worry about this and that the most important thing was to take care of himself during these days of war, because his health was very important to them. Ahmad started to secure the tent so that it would be more resistant to wind and rain. At the same time, Farida patiently started preparing food. Ahmad then started collecting stones so that he could use them to build a stronger structure. In the meantime, Farida collected the garbage that the wind had brought from the village to clean up the area around their home. Ahmad crushed the stones to prepare them for the structure, and Farida returned to the tent to finish cooking.
