American Paint Company Red Chair over Texture

This video demonstrates using Caromal Colours textured basecoat paints UNDER a chalk/clay base type paint. I chose American Paint Company's Fireworks Red over Caromal's textured basecoat Parchment. I embed a thicker stencil in between the layers to show how you can get that look where a stencil has some thickness and is popping through the paint layers. Lastly, I seal it with American's Topcoat Finish, a more durable alternative to waxing, and when dry apply a Tea Glaze (Caromal Colours).
