Riding solo here feels different — silence, fresh air, prayer flags fluttering, and nature at its purest. ⸻ 🚵 My Riding Experience in Dirang Valley The ride to Dirang is a dream for every rider. Smooth curves, sudden clouds, waterfalls on the roadside, and open valleys make every kilometer worth it. At some stretches, clouds were literally below the road, and the cold mountain breeze reminded me how far I had come from Punjab. Solo riding in Arunachal teaches patience and respect for nature. Roads are beautiful but unpredictable, and every stop brings a new view that forces you to pause and just breathe. ⸻ 🏔️ Mandala Top – 11,000 ft Above Sea Level One of the highlights of this vlog is Mandala Top, located at around 11,000 feet. This place is deeply spiritual and incredibly scenic. Colorful Buddhist stupas, prayer flags, and snow-capped mountains surround you from all sides. ✨ History & Significance: Mandala Top is influenced by Tibetan Buddhist culture. The circular arrangement of stupas represents peace, balance, and the universe in Buddhist beliefs. Locals consider this place sacred, and you can truly feel the calm energy here. Standing at this height, with clouds moving fast and silence all around — it’s a feeling that words can’t fully explain. ⸻ 🛕 Dirang Monastery (Thupsung Dhargye Ling) The Dirang Monastery is another peaceful gem of this valley. Built in a traditional Tibetan architectural style, it sits on a hill overlooking the entire town. 📜 History: The monastery belongs to the Gelugpa sect of Buddhism and plays an important role in preserving the local Monpa culture. It’s not just a religious place but also a center of learning and community gatherings. Inside, the calm atmosphere, chanting sounds, and mountain views make you slow down and reflect — something every traveler needs once in a while. ⸻ 🌿 Sangti Valley – Nature at Its Best Sangti Valley feels like a painting come to life. Wide green fields, a river flowing gently through the valley, traditional houses, and birds flying freely — especially the Black-necked Cranes in winter.
