When the oesophagus losses it ability due to inflammation its losses its ability to stop the acid down in the stomach and the acid will flow out into the throat and mouth making you uncomfortable and causes heart burn. The only way is to strengthen the upper oesophagus sphincter muscles to regain its ability to close the hole to stop the acid from coming up into the throat. This video will show you step by step massage and breathing techniques to strengthen the oesophagus especially the sphincter muscles so that it will regain its ability to close the hole to stop any acid to come up to the throat.
