Federal immigration agents used pepper spray against protesters and detained one individual during demonstrations in downtown San Francisco, California, on Wednesday (August 20), video filmed by Reuters showed. During the demonstration, roughly a dozen law enforcement officers, some of whom wore ICE patches on their uniforms, walked up Sansome Street to the ICE field office in the city’s financial district.
