Dr. Barclay Stewart, MD PhD, is a surgeon at the University of Washington, coordinates the Program in Global and Rural Surgery there, a prior NIH/Fogarty Global Health Research Fellow and recipient of the ACS Surgical Resident Volunteerism Award.
