Galley Box for a Camper Van

Inspired by the dinghy cruising fraternity, this galley box is actually for our VW Beach Camper Van. I suppose it should be called a Kitchen Box or in American, I believe, they are called "Chuck Boxes". There are a couple of advantages of the box that I forgot to mention in the short video. It acts as a windshield when cooking outside and inside it prevents splattering of fat if the temptation of a bacon sandwich is just too great.
