On today's episode we will be welding/fabricating a stand for a local tattooer's arm rest he uses at work. The problem he was running into was his old stand being too high and to the legs hitting the chair the client's sit on so not being able to get it close to make them more comfortable. I start off by getting some 1x1x1/8" square tube and making all my cuts with the measurements I pulled when talking to the tattoo artist. From there I tac everything together making sure I'm square with each leg, so I don't run into having the stand Wobble that's the last thing you want when getting a tattoo. After everything is tac and to my liking, I weld all seems and joints together. Then for the finally touch the pinch bolt I drilled out and welding a nut and used a scrap bolt for the pinch lock. I ran my omni pro 220 mig welder solid wire with 75/25 steel used was 1x1x1/8" steel. and for the pinch bolt just a couple scrape bolts laying around my garage
