Rembrandt Hotel - London - May 2022

In May we stayed at the Rembrandt Hotel in London. It is located in South Kensington, across the street from the Victoria and Albert Museum and down the street from Harrods. The South Kensington Station was a 5 minute walk away. Around the station were a variety of shops and restaurants. Between busses and the Underground we were able to easily get to every where we wanted to visit. We had a twin room, which is a King bed with separate bedding. As we have been travelling for a while, we were familiar with this set up. The room is small, but big enough for what we needed. All rooms include a breakfast buffet which included a great variety of hot and cold offerings. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. After 10:30pm, room service is available but is basically sandwiches. We arrived in London at St. Pancras station and the taxi to the hotel was around 20 pounds. We left via the City Airport. The city airport is around 1 1/2 hours away and a private car booked through the hotel was around 70-80 pounds and I learned upon arrival, he only wanted to be paid in cash.
