Double Dragon Gaiden (PC) No Death Clear with Matin and Marian (Hardest Settings | True Ending)

My third clear of this great game. This time, I went for the true ending and a different boss on mission 4 (Anubis). It took a couple of tries, as the encounters with the four bosses and the final boss are quite punishing. I don’t really mind the high damage in this difficulty, but some mechanics can feel a bit frustrating at times, like the lack of i-frames, which can result in getting hit or OTG’d multiple times, and how your character remains on screen for a while after being tagged out. You can end up taking hits (or getting one-shotted) without much you can do about it. Still a fun game though. Played on PC (Steam).
