This is a 30 minute intermediate vinyasa yoga flow with minimal cues. Part 8 of the Minimal Cues Series of classes. These practices are ideal if you're familiar with a vinyasa practice and would like to enjoy a quiet, meditative class. This practice is a classic, well rounded, compact sequence with a few variations. Begin slowly establishing an awareness to your breath in reclined and seated postures then progress to a standing sequence to challenge your focus and balance. Close your practice with seated meditation with optional pranayama (Nadi Shodhana) and Shavasana. A compact, dynamic vinyasa practice for your whole body with less talk. For practice you may wish to have a folded blanket for seated postures and a block for half moon pose and revolved Triangle.
