Top Ten Weirdest Yu-Gi-Oh Flip Monsters

One of the oldest types of monsters in Yugioh is the flip monster. These monsters have effects that only activate when they are flipped face up. They are slower effects that were initially designed to hold back more powerful effects early in the game’s life, but they slowly got phased out for effects that occurred without needing to be set then flipped. Now, these types of monsters are either extinct or part of an archetype that caters to flip effects to make them strong enough to justify being set (or just naturally speed them up). With them being around since the dawn of Yugioh, there were bound to be some weird ones in there, so we’re on a mission to find them.
