Why I ride a Singlespeed (single speed) Gravel Bike

Join me for a ride around my local trails on the singlespeed gravel bike. I'm talking about the bike I have built, why I ride it and ultimately try to convince you why you should be giving it a go too! The bike I am riding is a Ridgeback Flight, custom built with parts I had lying around including panaracer gravel kings, On-one Geoff Bars, Ruperts Saddle, Specialized wheelset and Shimano cranks. The frame is aluminium with a carbon fork, with plenty of clearance for mud and mudguards too. Although I don't always ride a single speed gravel, road or MTB, I believe they are a great addition to anyone's bike collection I'm riding on some of my local trails in the East Midlands around South Derbyshire and North West Leicestershire, stopping for a coffee at the Excellent Grounds Cafe, based at Hick's Lodge near Moira.
