Ingredients: 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed 1 head of cauliflower broken Potatoes cubed 1tbsp oil 1 lemon 1tbsp cornstarch 2tbsp paprika 1tsp garlic powder 1tsp salt 1tsp cumin TAHINI HERB DRESSING 1/2 cup tahini 2 cloves garlic minced 1 handful parsley minced 1 lemon 1tsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp paprika 3ish tbsp water to thin Directions: Preheat oven to 400° line baking sheet with parchment. Mix the seasonings and potato cauliflower garbanzos. Bake for 45 mins until everything is cooked.
