In order to unlock the quest you have to: 1)Be ranked at Baron 1 or higher 2)Get cartel influence lower than 300 on all areas of Hyland point In the quest you first have to talk to uncle nelson on the phone who will congratulate you on get cartel influence so low everywhere and will give you some objectives.These are: 1)Trade Billy Kramer 20 coca(no additives) for some RDX 2)Go to Stan who sells guns in the warehouse next to micks pawn shop and give him the RDX so he can turn it into a bomb.He will ask you for a favor before he makes the RDX into a bomb,that being to kill a thief that has been stealing his shipments at the dock(I think he only spawns after curfew beside Genghis Barn's container).Once you have taken care off the thief go back to the warehouse and give the RDX to stan.He will wire it up and make it into a bomb for you.Lastly what you need to do is go to Sam Thompson and ask him to dig a tunnel under the Hyland Manor,he will ask for 10.000Dolllars in cash.Once you pay he will start digging and will the construction of the tunnel will be completed the next in game day. When you get all of that done the last objective shows up which involves going to the tunnel that Sam dug with the bomb you got and place it on the end of the tunnel.Make sure that you are not close to the manor or the tunnel when the bomb blows because you will die,this caught me off guard.After planting the bomb and the timer runs out(45seconds IRL)the bomb goes off and the Manor explodes and catches fire.Thats when the quest finished and the Manor becomes available for purchase at Ray's Realty.
