Kasa Jizo. An Uber well known for his infamously hyped up 1st form. The haters call him overrated, and the enthusiasts call him the best uber ever. How good is he really? The truth lies somewhere in between these two extreme opinions. In my opinion, Kasa Jizo is in the top 20% of ubers. Better than the majority, but still outclassed by the truly unique and unrivaled ubers that lurk in more powerful banners than his. In my opinion he is the most powerful Ultra Souls uber (or tied with Kintaro), but is a big fish in a small pond. If I had to rank him on a generalist tierlist I’d stick him in A- tier. There are simply too many other Cats who occupy both his playstyle as well as his niche. He is good at what he does though, and is one of the best when it comes to anti-angel/black attackers.
