Council Tool Replacement Handle: When You Get Home Early From Work and Just Have to Hang an Axe!

This is just a quick mid-week video, guys. My Council Tool’s Velvicut boy’s axe handle came loose after only six months of light use. I tried jumping it down further, soaking it in linseed oil, and adding another barrel wedge. Still it kept wiggling in the eye. It wasn’t going to fly off, but even a little wiggle drives me mad. So I cut off the handle and fixed it proper. I’ll do a review on this axe at some point. In short, I like it but it has its problems, especially at it’s price point. Thanks for watching.
