This is a quick yoga practice to fire up our core muscles which go all around our mid body. 🍎 We start with activating the posterior chain (gluts and low back muscles) and progress to the side muscles (obliques) and the abdominals. The practice concludes with 1 minute of kapalabhati breathwork which enhances digestion and metabolism and detoxifies. Two blocks are used but not necessary. Beginner to intermediate.
