Having logged into this account again recently I noted some nice comments and it spurred me on to have a go at another special dedication mix. There aren't many artist who can claim to have to been at the forefront of the scene pioneering progress as many times Dbridge. From his early success with Maldini as Future Forces, through to the phenomenal dnb atom bomb that was Bad Company, followed by a absolutely stand out solo career which has continuely pushed the boundaries and definition of what is dnb and dance music in general. Dbridge has reinvented and rejuvenated his sound from the ground up on numerous occasions, leaving a trail of great tune after great tune behind for new generations of fans to discover. When deciding which artist would be a good contender for a 2 hour set, it didn't take long to settle on Dbridge. I have tried to include a nice varied selection of works across the Bridge, this includes some stuff from Future Forces and Bad Company. BC's own discography is worthy of a dedicated set on its own, but for the purpose of this mix I tried to keep tunes to ones Dbridge worked on so the likes of the Shot Down of Safari album were not an option. Despite having a stack of tunes from BC ready to mix, such as The Fear, Haunted, Breath etc I ended up only using a few. As with the Seba mix I neglected to include a number of my favourites, True Romance is probably the most glaringly obvious, and probably a sin not to include in a dedicated Dbridge set, but its by no means the only one. Love's Ugly Child from Soul:R is certainly one of my absolute favs, Belief on Creative Source being another.
