West Emperor Dim Sum now opened in Kapolei

West Emperor Dim Sum Restaurant officially opened on December 12 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Kapolei, offering validated parking for up to three hours. The restaurant features over 25 dim sum items, including classic favorites like har gow, pork hash with shrimp, soup dumplings, chicken feet, and sticky rice in lotus leaf. In addition to traditional dim sum, West Emperor specializes in farm-to-table umami wagyu from Toriyama and premium Japanese ingredients, showcased in dishes such as wagyu chow fun, wagyu chow mein, and wagyu fried rice, with more wagyu dim sum items in development.
