Nothing is more draining than the energy of negative people. Why do they drain us? Well, because they believe in their grief more than you believe in your beautiful life. Their energy, transformed into weight in their bodies, is directed towards putting their weight on you. They need help to carry it. If you make the mistake of helping them by listening to them, you will believe what they're saying is somehow true. They'll latch onto you for as long as you'll listen. For some, it turns into years. If you allow this to happen to you, you'll rob the world of your shinning light. Here's the solution. Just play this video anytime you need to push unwanted people out of our life.
