In this Excel tutorial, we look at how to create a time tracking sheet for employee hours worked and to track vacation time, or PTO, for an hourly employee. We’ll go over how you can calculate vacation time earned per hour worked by your employee and how you can track their PTO as they continue to work more hours and use vacation time. They can earn more or less than that based on the number of hours worked.
