This is their Primrose Park neighborhood, located in Summerlin on the west side of the Las Vegas Valley. The model we're touring is the Teton, and it is feature-packed with an open concept, a large kitchen to host a potluck dinner, a loft large enough to convert into a game room, a decent-sized yard for your dogs to run around in, and a primary retreat to reenergize after a long week.
