Craig Castree (Edible Gardens, Author and Horticulturist) has made a living from his edible backyard at his home in Werribee that is renown throughout the area, he is a published author and TV presenter on channel 7TWO's show Vasilis Garden as well as having run workshops teaching people how to become self-sufficient for the past 10 years, he is also the Vice President of the Werribee Park Heritage Orchard. Craig & His Wife Kerry (the apprentice) have combined their expertise to bring another dimension to growing food and using plants to aid in the quest for better health and wellbeing. Craig will show you how to produce nutrient dense food, in healthy soil, and Kerry will show you how to use to power of nutrient dense plants as an alternative to traditional medicine. Food is medicine we have just forgotten that.
