Born in 1992, Novation has grown to be one of the world's leading manufacturers of MIDI controllers, synths and music production tools. Novation is 21 years old this year. The first thing we made was the MM10 which was arguably the world's first dedicated MIDI controller. Since then we have made some of the world's most iconic synths including the Bass Station, Drum Station, UltraNova and the legendary Supernova series. As music software became more readily available (and computers evolved to be powerful enough to run it!) Novation developed high-spec MIDI controllers including the ReMOTE SL and SL MkII series. The Launchpad controller for Ableton Live became a staple of every Live user's set-up in 2009. The latest instalment is Bass Station II, an analogue redesign of the original classic Bass Station...
