With more interior space to the rear, a raised roof line and a larger boot, the touring capabilities for four people were vastly improved without loss of performance. The highly specified and well restored DB6 we are offering has been fully restored by renowned Aston Martin Heritage specialists and prepared with touring in mind. An original 5-speed manual gearbox example, equipped with factory power assisted steering and later refrigerated air conditioning, the comprehensive restoration included an engine rebuild to 4.2 litre specifications as well as suitable suspension and braking upgrades that make it ideally suited to today’s motoring conditions. A photographic record of the restoration to the chassis and body, bare metal re-painting, complete re-trim and chroming of all finishers are included within the history file. With just four owners from new, the first owning the car for 40 years, this exceptionally well prepared and equipped DB6 has covered some 3,000 miles since completion and is supplied fully serviced and with 12 months MOT.
