PBGEN YU expressed his sincere Congratulations to the newly promoted PLTCOLs namely PLTCOL VIRGILIO M JOPIA, PLTCOL ARCIL L MARTINEZ, PLTCOL MENCHIE T VILLAROSA and PLTCOL ONOFRE B WILLIE for their well-deserved promotion. “You didn't get promoted just for working hard and doing well, you were promoted because with the right tools, and you have a potential to do even more. I think having someone see that potential in you is even more important than the role itself. I can't wait to see where that potential will take you.” the Director said. However, we all know that with every rank that adds weighs additional responsibility as a higher-ranking officer. A reason why ranks are usually placed on our shoulders, to constantly remind us that every rank has corresponding responsibility, the higher it gets, the heavier it should be,” he added.
