MUST FLY Cathay Pacific! | Hong Kong - Dubai | Cathay Pacific Economy Class | A350-900 | Trip Report

Ok, SPOILER ALERT: The Cathay Pacific experience and A350 just completely blew me away! This is not only amongst the top airlines in Asia, but also in the world! Welcome and thanks a lot for joining me on this flight from Hong Kong International to Dubai. Two cities known to be world class transport hubs and each with their own quality flag carrier. While I fly a lot up and down to HKG with SQ and EK, this was my first time covering the route with Cathay since 2016. And boy was it worth it!! What surprised me the most is just how much they value customer loyalty and ensure the experience for the highest frequent flyers is just like as if it were in First Class. This ensures customers will continue to repeat. I know I will! My experience starts at the private First Class check in, continues with a stay in the luxurious “The Wing First Class Lounge” and ends with my private bed.. IN ECONOMY! And I didn’t pay more then $450 for this whole experience, so you judge just how worth it is! While airlines in the US and Europe couldn’t care less which frequent flyer flies them, in Cathay you can clearly see they are HAPPY to have you back. So this is an example of how things should be! The crew on CX 731 was absolutely stunning, from the welcome on board, to the warm hospitality during the flight. Come and see for yourself and I hope to meet you on board Cathay some day! Enjoy!
