Os grandes Mestres se notabilizaram ao utilizarem sua técnica apurada para retratar a angelitude, a pureza, a sensibilidade e ao mesmo tempo a força , em diversas obras onde o ser espiritual é retratado na forma de anjo. E esse desafio se mantém quando se busca fazer a reprodução de uma destas imagens, utilizando-se neste caso de carvão e pastel para que as nuances, especialmente na área do rosto, continuem a transmitir essa mesma noção de espiritualidade e de nobreza superior. Este continua sendo o desafio até os dias de hoje e é isso o que eu busquei realizar nesta obra.
